WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Office of LIEP will incur costs for three members of the City's heritage preservation
commission and two City staff members to attend the Preserve Minnesota 27th Annual Statewide Historic Preservation
Conference in Red Wing September 27 to September 29, 2006: and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to sec. 10.07.01 of the city charter, cer[ifies that there are available for
appropriations $625 in funds in excess of those estimated in the 2006 budget; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED that the Ciiy Council authorizes the City of Saint Paul to apply for and enter into the grant agreement with
the Minnesota Historical Society, accepts this grant and approves the following changes to the 2006 budget:
