. The Council of the City of St. Paul ha,ving received the report of the Commissioner of Finance �
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: j
1. That the said report_and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �� . �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is E
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Victoria St. from Tuscarora Ave. to
Watson Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement, except where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist .

- said meeting to the persons; and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place a� �
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
