The Council -of the City of St. Paul ha,ving received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
� upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the sa,me is hereby approved and adopted,,and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with'.• �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side of Mt. Curve Blvd. from Highland Park-
way to Eleanor Ave. and by doi.ng aLt other work which is necessary and incidental ,
� to complete said improvement, except where ,good and sufficient sidewalks now exist. �
