, This is i�n the matter of the application of Gerald E. Frisch for a permit
' • to install and opera,te a ten-car garage building in conjunction with a
� proposed 10 unit apartment building to be constructed on property located
� at the southeast corner of E.Third and Earl Streets which is described as�
� Lots 6, 7, 8, Block 25, A. Gotzian's Rearr, of Sigels Addition. Lots 7
and 8 were reclas�ified to a ��C'� residence district on October 15, 1960
and Lot 6 we�s;reclassified to a ��C�� residence district on July 27, 1963.
The site is vacant and has frontages of 109 feet on the south side of
E. Third Street and 124 feet on the east side of Earl Street and results
in an area of 13,516 squarefeet. The Traffic Engineer and the Planning _ �
-Board staff have reviewed the proposal and recommend approval subject to
constructi'ng the- proposed 10 car garage six feet north of the north line
. of the adjoining alley. ,
. The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on
March 5, 1963 and find that this proposal meets all of the ,required " .
standards of the Legislative Zoning Code and,therefore, recommends the .
granting of tYie application for a ten-car•-garage off-street parking •
facility on the above described property� in accordance with final plans ;
dated March 18, 1964 and subject to the six (6) foot setback as outlined
above.
