Mailand and Leonard Bisanz for a permit to install and operate a 16 car off-street parking lot accessory to a proposed 15 unit apart- ment building to be constructed on property located on the south side of St. Paul Avenue between Edgcumbe Road and Davern Street which is described as Lots 8 and 9, Block 6, Granport Addition and together with all that part of Worcj�iester Avenue now vacated lying between the west line of Lot 9, Block 6 and the east line of Lot 8, Block 6 of said addition both extended north to the south line of ,,. St. Paul Avenue. The subject property was rezoned to "C'� residence. on December 8, 1962 as part of a larger tract. The balance ot the tract is being develop- ed with the Jewish Community Center. The site has a frontage of SU feet onthe south side of St. Paul Avenue and extends to a depth of 188.85 feet, resulting in an �area of approximatel,y 15,108 square teet. The Traffic Engineer and the PLanning Board staft have reviewed the pro- posal and recommend approval subject to the alley adjoining the property on the west being graded and surfaced. The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on February 2U, 1964 and in view of the fact that the proposal meets all of the required standards for density and building ground coverage as well as of�-street parking standards, recommends the granting of the permit as requested in accordance with plans dated February 2u, 1964.
