2 WI�REAS, the City of Saint Paul Picnic Committee was given authority by CF #06-514 to solicit
3 area merchants and bargaining units for door prize donations for the 2006 City Employee Picnic; and

5 WI�REAS, said donations were then compiled on a list by the name of the company and the
6 estimated value of the donation; and
7
8 WI�EREAS, as required by Chapter 41 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code said list needed to be
9 submitted to City Council for approval and ratification, now therefore be it,
10
11 RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves and ratifies the attached
12 list of donors and estimated value of donation for the 2006 City Employees Picnic in compliance with all
13 of the requirements of Chapter 41 of the Administrafive Code.
