by constructing a.nd reconstructing sidewalk; by constructing and reconstructing the
intersecting alley, street and driveway returns; by constructing storm water drainage
facilities; by constructing sewer, wa,ter a.nd gas service connections and by doing �
all other work which is necessary and incidenta,l to complete said i.mprovement.

� The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon th'e above impro�vement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to improve RI�I.'H STREET from Upper Afton Road to Hudson Roa.d (T.H. 12 and to be -
designated as Inters�ate Highwa.y 9�+) by gra.ding, paving, curb3.ng; by construct3.ng
,, and reconstructing sidewalk; by constructing and reconstructing the,intersecting -
alley, street and driveway returns;" by constructing storm water dxainage faeilities;

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th day of
June, 196�+ ' , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
- House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of F`inance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
