The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above impravement, and having considered sa,id report, hereby resolves: �
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said impro"vement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. ` . �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to change the grade of the alley in Block 2, J. W. Fallihee's Re. and Block 2, �

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
