The Council of the City,of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance '
upon the above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
; ` 1. That the said report'and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. -
, 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the side�ialk on both sid�s of Galtier St. �from Sherburne Ave. to
Edmund Ave. and by doing all other �rork �rhich is necessa.ry a.nd incidental to
complete said improvement, except where good a.nd suffic�ent sidewalks now exist. -• .

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af '
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. � :
