' The Council of the City of St. Paul ha,ving received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance
upon th'e above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:

1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. _
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is .
to reconstract the aidewalk on the �onth side o� Lafond Avenae from Marion Street to

plete said improvement except where good and anfficient sidevalks now eaist '

- House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of �nance give notice of
- � said meeting,to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place o�
hearing, the-�ature of the improyement and the total cost thereof as estimated. ,
