A public hearing having b;een had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persone, objectione and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it , .

�RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and ldnd of im-
provement to be made by the eaid City is openi ng, wi deni ng and extendi ng the proposed
Arch-Pennsylvania Highway by condemnirig and taking the following described parcel
of land: Lots 12 and 1'3, Biock 7, Ashto.� and Sherburne's Addition. �

RESOLVED FIIRTHER, that the following land, lande or easementa therein be a,nd the eame are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of malflng eaid improvemente, vis.:
Opening, widening and extending the proposed Arch-Pennsylvania Highway by '
condemning and taking the following described parcei of land: Lots 12 and 13,
Block 7, Ashton and Sherburne's Addition. '
• RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commiaeioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plane and epecifications for said improvement, and the proper city officiale are hereby
� authorized and directed to proceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
