Paul Jr. Chamber of Commerce is again sponsoring . the annual Clean-up, Paint-up, Fix-up Week which is scheduled from May 17th thr,ough May 23rd . . To atart this week in a spiritEd manner, the Jr. Chamber of Commerce is planning a parade in downtown St . Paul on Friday, • May 15th. The parade would form in the area of Mechanic Arts High School, praceed down Robert Street to Sixth Street, up Sixth Street �o Wabasha Streeti and North on Wabasha to the Capitol Approach- area for dispersal. Parade formation would be between 12:15 p.m, to 1 p.m. The parade would begin at 1 P.m. and last until 2 p.m. • The parade pl�anning has been coordinated with the St. Paul Police Dept. (Deputy Chief Le Bathe ), the St . Paul Sanitation �Pt . (Clyde TestEr ) and the St . Paul Fire Dept . (Chief �Frank Oberg ).
