Gentlemen: +
We have inspected th,e building at 500 West Central AVenue,
described as Lot l,. Block 12, Mackubin �,ndMarshall' s �ddition.
„ �� .
This is a two story frame building formerly occupied by a gro-
cery store on the first floor and an apartment on the second
floor. The second f'loor has been fire damaged and the interior
of the building has been further damaged by yandals. The
buiTding is dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property
and should be substahtially repaired to bring it up to the
standards of the Leg;islative Code or wrecked and removed.
