In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley
in Block 2, Governor Johnson Addition from Frank St. to the East line of E.ot
11, Block 2, Governor'� Johnson Addition. Also construct a storm sewer in the
alley from a point 260 f eet west of Frank St. to the existing sewer in Frank
` St. under Preliminary Order 215064, approved October 11, 1963 and Final Order
215814, approved December 17, 1963•
Resolved, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
named improvement be 'and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner 'of a
Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do the work at an estimated cost '
of $4575.00 by City Forces and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the
necessary materials, and be it � �
�Further Resolved, That the cost of the above named improvement including ,
engineering and inspection expenses amour�ting to fi549.00 and Finance charges
at �45.00 or a total of �516g.00 be assessed against the benefitted property.
