RESOLVEA, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
ratifies a,nd approves the action of the Detention and Corrections
Authority in its meeting of April 27, 1964, whereat said Authority
awarded the con�ract�to�Axel Newma,n Plumbing and Heating Company for
construction of the water main and sewer at Boys Totem Town at the
low bid of $10,8�+5.00.
