• The Council of the Gity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of�F`inance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report,�hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improve�ent
" is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � ' , •
- 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends ia
_ to reconstruct the sidewalk and replace With integral curb-sidewalk on the east
side o� Broadway from Prince St, to �+th St, and by doing all other �rc5rk which is .

� Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 28th day of

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,_stating the time and place �
