The Council of the City of St. Paul ha,ving received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a.nd the said imp ovement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is � �
- to reconstruct the s3dewalk on both sides of Griggs St. from Selby Ave. to Marshall
Ave. and by doing all other �rork which 3s necessary and incidental to cvmple� said
improvement, except where good and sufficient sidewalks no�r exist

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place o�
� hearing, the nature of the improvement and the tota.l cost thereof as estimated.
