The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon the above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: '" ,
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. , •
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is - .
to impvove LERINGTON PARRWAY from West Seventh Street to St. Clair �venue bq widening,
resurfacing and cnrbirig; by constructing and reconatructing- sidewalk; bq rec�onstructing
the interaecting street, alleq and driveway retarns; by construc�ing sCorm water drain-
age facilities; by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections; an'd by doing
all other work-which is necesssry and incidental to complete said improvement
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof�is $ 147 ,655.94 � � �
• Resolved Further, That_a public heaiing be had on said improvement on the 30th � day of
June' 1Q6L� ` , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber o� �he•_Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of'Finance give�notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total coat thereof as estimated. -
