RESOLVED, That in concurrence with the similar action
by the Sinking Fund Comm.ittee of the City of S aint Paul, this
Council hereby approves and authorizes said City' s acceptance
of �50,000.00 in IInited States Treasury Bonds of 1966, bearing
three per cent (3�) interest due August 15, 1966, and the assig
ment of the same, by Commercial State Bank, of the City of Sain�
� Pau1, to said City, as additional collateral to secure deposits
of said City' s funds� from time to time� in said Bank; and that
as thus increased, such collateral security assigned by said
B ank to said City, for said purpose, represents the amourlt of
_ - -� �150,000.00 in United States Bonds, United States Bills and/or
IInited States Treasury Notes and deposits of said City' s funds
in said Bank hereby are autY�orized and said Bank hereby is
- designated and confirmed as a depository therefor� provided tha �
at all times� the collateral security therefor� approved by
this Coun.cil, and assigned by said Bank to said C ity, in amount��
shall equal not less tha�i 110 � of the amount of said City' s
deposit of its funds in said Bank; and that all assignments
of such collateral security by said Bank to said City therefor
shall be approved by this Council and each sub�ect instrument
of assignment operatine thereon shall �conform to all applicable
