The legal descriptio� in the resolution inadvertenfly did not include a small 5-foot secaon on the eas[erly edge of the pazcel. This resolution corrects the descrip6on to include that secfioa All other condiflons of the vacaiton remain the sazne. This is especially important since the pazcel will be conveyed to the HRA for subsequent conveyance to the developer.
