That said permittee,�:prziQ�stoa�he�exercise of said permit, shall make due �,pplication therefor and procure the aforesaid requisite building permit therefor and otherwise make due compliance with all applicable provisions of the Building Code. 2. That said permittee and its successors and assigns shall f`ully indemn'fy the City of Saint Paul against all loss and liability on account of all damages, ' in�uries, claims, causes of action, suits and 3udgments on account of in3ury to person and/or property arising from or connected with the construction, recon- struction, maintenance and/or removal of said fence hereunder; and that sup- plemental to all other obligations on their part, 3ointly or severally, hereunder, said permittee and its successors and assigns shall furnish and maintain, and pay all premiums and other expenses for casualty insurance coverage by a duly licensed casualty insurance .company in the amount of $300,000 against liability for in�ury to any person and/or persons in any single accident, and in the amount of $25,000 against liability for in�ury to property in any single accident, and in said a.mounts and for said purposes, respectively indemnifying said per- mittee, its successors and assigns, and the City of Saint Paul against liability on account of all claims of third persons for in�ury to persons and/or property arising from. or con�rected� with the construction, reconstruction, maintenance and/or removal of said fence hereunder, and shall furnish competent evidence of said coverage from time to ti.me to the Comptroller of the City of Saint Paul. -2- ti {� � � ORIGINA fT0 CITY GLERK , • /,���� • CITY OF ST. That said hereby authorized permit shall be- subject to revocation at the will of the Council of said City and said Council hereby reserves the right to revoke the same by its resolution providing therefor and service of a certified copy of such resolution upon said permittee or said permittee's successors or assigns, in respect of its aforesaid real estate; and that, in the event of any such revocation of said permit, said permittee or its ' said successors or assigns, shall become ancl be obligated, at its or their otim • cost and expense, to remove the sub,ject fence as its removal shall be directed by any such resolution and to restore the site of the sa.m.e to its condition and state of repair as the same existed when the subject fence was installed. �+.
