An ordinance amending Chapter 14b of the Saint Paul l.eglslative
Code, pertaining to limited time parking restrlctions. This is an emer-
' gency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety. `
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1 .
That Section 14b.05, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following: . �

Carleton St. Charles Ave. University Ave. East
Section 2. .
That Section 14b.05, Saint Paul Leglslative Code, is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following: �
STREET FROM TO SIDE
Drewry Lane Payne Ave. Beaumont St. West

Broadway , Balsam St. Spruce St. East
Within the city-owned parking lot bounded by Jackson St., Sibley St.,
Warner Rd. and the Union Depot Tracks. .

This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordlnance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety.
� ' Section 4.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage,
approval and publication. "
Section 5.
This ordinance is to be in effect upon erection of proper signing
and traffic control measures.
