The Commissioner of Public Works , having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council known as Council File No. 216558
approved_ Feb. llth. 19 64 relative to reconstructing the�sidewalk
on both sides of Grand Ave. from Cretin Ave. to Finn St. and by doing all other work
which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement. �

1. The estimated cost thereof is $• 3.25 per 1in. ft. for standard sidewalk
