liminary order of the Council known as Council File No. 216184 �
approved Jan. 14th, lq 64 relative to reconstructinc� the side—
walk on the south side of Exchange St. from Chestnut St, to Eagle �t. and
by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to comple�te said
