The Council of the G`ity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance ��
upon the above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby,resolves: f , !

1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement -i
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is �
to reeonstruct the sidewa.lk on the north side of Minnehaha Ave. from Burr St. to
Bradley St. a.nd Clark St. to Desoto St. and on the south side of Minnehaha Ave. from
- Rivoli St. to Desoto St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental .�
to complete said �provement, except where good and sufficient sidewalks �now exist.
with no a,lternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is � •25 per lin. ft. for 5' walk

. Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 23rd day of '
June, 1964 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chambe� o� the Court
Iiouse and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul, That the Commissioner of� Finance �give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
