The property is zoned "B`* residence. � . � • The site is developed with a single-family residence and it is� pro- posed to construct a one-story porch addition to the front of �the existing structure which woul'd establish a 12 foot setback. The present setback in the block as established by the existing residences is 15 feet. The property owners adjoining to the east and we�t have submitted letters of acquiescence to the ,proposed change. ' . - � ' The B oard of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting -€ _ on April 16, 1964 and after hearing the report of the staff that the ' neighbors affected by the change have submitted letters of acquiescence, - recommended the granting of the appeal to establish a 12 foot�building line setback from Charles Avenue for the above described property as - � requested. ` , T - r • ` •! . ; . � .
