Works, through its Chief Engineer, is hereby authorized and directed to fill in

The Commissioner of Public Works , having had under consideration the pre-
li mi nary order of the Counci 1 known a s Counci 1 Fi le iVo. 216630

reconstruct the sidewalk on the west side of Exchange St. from Sth. St. to 6th. St.
and to replace the walk with integral curb-sidewalk together with all areaways,
coal-holes, trapdoors, tunnels and other underground facilities of every deacription,
and provided that all permits heretofore granted by said City of St. Paul for the
installation and/or maintenance of such areawaqs, coal-holes, trapdoors, tunnels
and other underground facilities of every description will be and the same are hereby
revoked unless said areaways, coal-holes, trapdoors, tunnels and other underground
facilities of every description are reconstructed by said permittee on or before a
date which is 30 days after the date of final approval of this order; and that,
further, the Department of Public Works, through its Chief Engineer, is hereby suthor-
ized and directed to fill in and remove such areawaqs, coal-holes, trapdoors; tunnels
and other underground facilities of, every description, the permittees of which area-
