I�the Matter of constructing a public sewer in E. SI3�CH STREET from Aazelwood
Avenue to BeltLine Sewer
under Preliminary Order 21�+�2� approved Ju1y 2�, 1963
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered sa,id report, hereby resolves:
1. �That the said report and� the same is hereby appraved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to construet a public sewer in E. SI7�H STRE�,�;T from Hazelwood Avenue to Beltline

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $�.5�181.30 ��
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the i6tn day of -
June,�,964 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner o� Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estima.ted.
