RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
;� plans and specifications for sei}itary sewers for the VILLAGE OF
BIRCHt�00D, which connects to the City of White Bear Lake Sewer
System and Addendum No. 1 , dated April 23, 1964, authorized by
and sub,ject to the provisions, terms and conditions of the City
of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 12387, approved January 18, 1g63 "
and as amended by Ordinance No. 12720, approved May 19, 1961+,
for the connection of the public sewer system of the City of
White Bear Lake with that of the City of Saint Paul , prepared
by consulting engineers of said City and approved by the Village
Council of Birchwood on April 18, 1964 and by the City Council
. of White Bear Lake on March l7, 1964, and heretofore submitted
to and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works and the
Chief Engineer, hereby are in all things approved.
