RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves that certain Agreement wherein it is indicated
that the same was.made and entered into the 11th day of August,
1961+1 by and between the Board of Water Commissioners of the
City of Saint Paul and the Board of Trustees of the North
Suburban. Sanitary Sewer District, and the execution of which
was heretofore authorized by the Board of Water Commissioners
of the City of Saint Paul on the 4th day of September, 1964,
and directs the proper City officers, on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul, to execute such agreement.
