1 Subdivision- RLS Approvai for NEA Galtier Parking LLC
s WHEREAS, Cornerstone Land Surveying Inc., Zoning File # 06-105-835, has submitted for
a City Council approval the attached Registered Land Survey (RLS) to separate 4 parking
s spaces from an existing RLS for property bounded by Jackson, Sibiey, 5 Street, and 6tn
6 Street; and
s WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the RLS and found that it meets
9 the requirements of Chapter 67 of the Zoning Code; and

i1 WHEREAS, the Minnesota Statutes Section 58.47(4) requires that registered land surveys
iz shall be approved in the manner required for the approval of plats, which under Minnesota
is Statutes Section 505.03 includes approval by the City Council, which approval shall be

endorsed on or attached to the registered land survey;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the
attached RLS to separate 4 parking spaces from an existing RLS for property bounded by
Jackson, Sibley, 5 Street, and 6 Street

Cornerstone Land Surveying Inc has applied for approval of an RLS to separate 4 parking spaces from the existing RLS for Galtier
(bounded by Jackson, Sth,Sibley and 6th streets). The RLS does not subdivide land, and a public hearing is not necessary.
