PROPOSAL FOR IMPROVEMENT
and
PRELIMINARY ORDER.
v The undersigned hereby proposesthemakingof thefollowingpublicimprovement by the City of Saint Paul, viz.:
Condemn and take a temporary easement for the St. Anthony Park Storm Relief
Sewer for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on,
under, through and across the following described tract:
That part of Lot A, Ferguson's Addition, St. Paul, Minnesota which
-lies east of a line 200 feet west of and parallel to the west line
of Pelham Boulevard, west of a line 130 feet west of and parallel
to the said west line of Pelham Boulevard, and north of a line 2
feet north of and parallel to the north line of the present garage
building, said parallel line being 5,8 feet more or less south of the
south line of Wabash Avenue, said temporary easement to remain in
effect for a period of 3 years beginning December 1, 1964.

lies east of a line 200 feet west of and paral=lel to the west line
of Pelham Boulevard, west of a line 130 feet west of rand parallel
»;to the said west line of Pelham Boulevard, and north of a line 2
feet north of and parallel to the north line of the present garage
building, said parallel line being 58 feet more or less south of the
south line of Wabash Avenue, said temporary easement to remain in
effect for a period of 3 years beginning December 1, 1964.
