WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Improve-
ment described as the RIVERVIEW STORM WATER RELIEF SEWER, Comptrol-
ler's Contract L -66591 Hurley Construction Company, contractor,
have been provided for in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the City of West Saint Paul by resolutions dated August 13,
and September 24, 1964, copies of which are attached hereto and
made a part hereof by reference, has requested and agreed to pay
for extensions of the Livingston Avenue and Oakdale Avenue Storm
Sewers, comprising the above improvement and presently being con-
structed, across and beyond the paving limits of Annapolis Street,
and
WHEREAS, the total cost of these sewer extensions and agreed -to by
the City of West Saint Paul is 0 6,408.00, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner and Chief Engineer of the Department of
Public Works, pursuant to said request have agreed with the above
named contractor that the sum of 0 6,408.00 is the correct amount
to be added to the above contract, now theref ore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City of Saint Paul through itis City Council
concurs in and approves the request of the City of West Saint Paul
fcr said sewer extension construction and further approves the
foregoing Addition made in accordance with the spa cif ications in
the sum of $ 6,408.00, said amount to be added to the lump sum
consideration named in Comptroller's Contract L -6659, said Amount
to be financed from the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund and
reimbursement by the City of West Saint Paul.

On motion of Ald. Jarvis Seconded by Aldo Hoban
RESOLVED that Whereas, the City of West Saint'Paul by
resolution dated August 13, 1964 requested of the Saint Paul
Department of Public Works that an estimate be furnished of the
cost of extending Storm Sewers on Livingston Avenue and Oakdale
Avenue across the proposed paving limits of Annapolis Street
and,
WHEREAS the Department of Public Works has furnished the
cost of $6148.00 for construction and $384948 for engineering
costs making a total cost of $6,792.482

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of West Saint`
Paul hereby agrees to pay to the hint Paul Department of Public,
Works this amount upon completion of the work and acceptance of
the work by the Saint Paul Public Works Department*

Saint Paul Public Works Department to extend the Livingston Avenue
and the Oakdale Avenue Storm Sewers presently being constructed
in Saint Paul past the limits of the proposed Annapolis.Avenue
widening project, and to give to the City of West Saint Paul the
r estimgted costs prior'to construction in accordance with the
plans of the West Saint Paul,City Engineer dated August 3, 1961+.
