RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of
Saint Paul hereby authorizes, ratifies and approves the
Agreement made and entered into the 10th day of June, 1964,
by and between Sheehy Construction Company, a Minnesota
Corporation, referred to therein as the "Contractor" and
The Hospital Facility Building Commission of the City of
Saint Paul and County of Ramsey, and the City of Saint Paul
and the County of Ramsey, Minnesota, therein referred to as
the "Owner; which Agreement pertains to the performance of
all site work for the joint hospital facility; he it
