THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 7607, approved February 13, 1935,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out the
specifications for:

and, by substituting in lieu thereof, respectively, the following specifications for:

"Minimum qualifications:

College graduation in civil engineering, and two years' experience
as a Traffic Engineer I, or equivalent. Full -time graduate work
in traffic engineering may be substituted, year for year, for ex-
perience lacking. (No substitution for education.)"
Traffic Engineer III
"Minimum qualifications:
College graduation in civil engineering, and six years' professional
civil engineering experience, at least three years of which must
have been as Traffic Engineer II, or equivalent. Full -time graduate
