COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM
COMMISSIONER Milton Rosen DATE September 11, 1964
In the matter of constructing a sewer in Ocean Street
(produced) northerly from E. 7th Street, which project is
deemed necessary to correct improper drainage conditions
in the above vicinity, now therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as
submitted for the above named improvement be and the same
are hereby approved and the Commissioner of Public Works
be and he is hereby directed to do the work by City Forces
at an estimated cost of $4,600.00, plus Engineering and
Inspection costs of $460.00 or a total cost of $5,060.00
to be charged to Local Improvement Fund 31E -1, and that
the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary
materials.
