WI�',REAS, on Mazch 15, 20�6, the Saint Paul City Council adopted Council File �6-284, Ratification of Assessments for
Property Cleanup During November and December 2005 (File J0506A, Assessment No. 8147); and
WI3EREAS, on June 7, 2006, the Saint Paul City Council adopted Council File 06-544, Ratification of Assessments for
Providing Weekly Gazbage Hauling Services for the First Quarter of 2006 (File 706T1 Q, Assessment No. 8153); and
WI�REAS, the property az 93 Sycamore Street West, being described as:
Lyton's Addition to St. Paul, Lot 31, Block 3;
with the property identiftcation number 30-29-22-33-Q09Q was assessed an amount of $361 and $170 respectively for the
property cleanup and weekiy garbage hauling, and
WHEREAS, the present owner purchased the property in September 2005; and
WHEREAS, the present owner did not receive proper legai notification about these assessments; and
WI�REAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the amount of these two assessments;
THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED, that the City Councii hereby deletes these assessments for 93 Sycamore Street West;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $531 be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund.
