A resolution is being introduced into the City Council$
September 39 1964, re: cancellation of licenses involving On
Sale Malts Off Sale Malts Restaurant$ and Cigarettes, at 461
University Avenue, St. Paul.
The licensee, Mrs. Valerie Mitchell, residing at
1561 Jessamine Lane, Apt. "B ", has requested this cancellation,
due to personal reasons.
It should be noted that there are three reports from
the Morals Division involving sale of beer to minors, constant
source of-noise from juke box, fireworks, ani patrons on the
sidewalk adjoining said establishment.
Several warnings have been issued in regards to licenses
not being posted. This place was licensed February S, 1964, by
the present licensee.
