BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby certifies and approves the July 25,

LETTERS OF DEFICIENCY, CORRECTION NOTICES, AND CORRECTION
ORDERS

The hearing was called to order at 1:30 p.m.
1. Appeal of Watou Moua, Pamela and Delores Moore for a Coaection Notice for property at
1221 Rice Street. (NI�I)
Mr. Moua stated that when he received the letter on the conection notice, he contacted the
inspector to let him lrnow that he had reinserted the screen after the cable company had removed
it to insert wiring. He admitted that a previous tenant had caused many problems at the property
and he had received several summary abatement notices as well as charges for excessive
consumption. He requested that he not be charged for excessive consumption for this order.
Ms. Moermond stated that she would deny the appeal but requested NHPI not send a bill for
excessive consumption for this work order.
