WHEREAS It is the understanding of the City Council of Saint Paul that
the City of,West Saint Paul is preparing plans for a major sanitary sewer
connection to the Saint Paul sewer system in the vicinity of Annapolis and
South Robert Streets, and
WHEREAS, Recent studies have indicated the probable necessity or desira-
bility of metering sewage flow at the city limits of Saint Paul in the
future, now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, That the City Council hereby request the City of West Saint
Paul to incorporate in their planning, the provision of suitable sewage flow
metering devices and be it further,
RESOLVED, That the proper City Officers and the Saint Paul Technical
staff be authorized and directed to confer and cooperate with the officers
and staff of the City of West Saint Paul with the view towards arriving at
a mutually satisfactory sewerage metering arrangement.
