The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council known as Council File No. 217926
approved_ May 5th. 19 64 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on the east side of Chatsworth St. from Thomas Ave south approximately 126 ft
abutting 974 Thomas Avenue and by doing all other work which "is necessary and in-
cidenta1 to complete said improvement.

referred to therein, hereby
reports:

The estimated cost thereof is
