1 WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, by Ramsey County Recorders Office document No.144979
2 dated September 28, 1973 (replaced with deed No. 200974 dated October 14, 2005) acquired a
3 Conveyance of Forfeited Lands Use Deed, for a parcel of land adjacent to1116 Raymond Ave.
4 described as Lot I3ine (9), Block Twenty-Nine (29) St. Anthony Park, Minnesota; and

WHEREAS, said pucel was acquired for the reconfiguration of Raymond Ave. as part of the
potential reconstruction of the BNSF Railroad Bridge and has been determined by the Department
of Public Works they have no need for this parcel and declare it surplus and request that it be
reconveyed to the State of Minnesota.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
authorizes the proper City Officials to execute an Application of Recoveyance of said Lot Nine
(9), Block Twenty-Nine (29) St. Anthony Pazk, Minnesota.
