PAUL COUNCIL 219537 - • FILE NO /OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK FORM WHEREAS, R and W Realty Co., under contract for deed between the City of Saint Paul and said R and W Realty Co., which contract was dated the 28th day of February, 1964, has paid to the City of Saint Paul the full purchase price as provided by said contract for deed, and pursuant to the pro- visions of said contract for'deed is entitled to a conveyance by warranty deed -from the` City of Saint Paul of the following described tracts or parcels of land Lots one (1), two (2), three (3) and twenty -two (22), Block five (5), South Battle Creek Heights No. 2, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the proper officers of the City of Saint Paul are hereby authorized and directed to execute a warranty deed to R and W Realty Co. to the aforementioned tracts or parcels of land, subject to the covenants, provisions and restrictions set forth in the aforesaid contract for deed dated February 28, 1964. f(}RIVI hl''titmtV 1 �2zjl Asst.
