for this Council's determination and variation of the provisions
of Section 60.24 of the Zoning Code, in respect to their applica-
tion to said Appellant's real estate described as Lots 6, 7 and
S, Block 21 Merriam Park Second Addition, situate on the south
side of Marshall Avenue between Howell and Dewey Streets, is
deemed to constitute a subsisting Appeal and this Council's
prior reference of the same to the Board of Zoning hereby is
confirmed.
