The site is presently vacant and adjoins an existing filling station located east of the subject property. It is proposed to operate an 8 unit trailer rental lot on the subject property in conjunction with the filling station operation. The applicant's plan indicates there will be two driveways off Clarence Street, and one 20 foot opening between the proposed trailer-lot and the filling station. The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on May 14, 1964. The staff advised that the proposal met the standards for this type of facility and bad been approved by the Traffic Engi- neer. It should be pointed out that there should be no displaying and parking of trailers on any portion of the filling station site other than that designated as trailer parking spaces outlined on the appli- cant's plan.
