WHEREAS, Registered Bill No. 2- 44172, was issued by the
Department of Public Utilities of the City of Saint Paul to
Kenneth Lorenz; and
WHEREAS, such bill represents the costs sustained by
the City of Saint Paul for repairing its property which was
damaged by said Kenneth Lorenz as a result of an accident which
occurred on Juhe 2, 1964; and
WHEREAS, said Kenneth Lorenz wishes to enter into an
agreement with -the City of Saint Paul to pay said bill in
installments pursuant to the terms of the attached Conditional
Release and Agreement, which is incorporated herein and made
part and parcel hereof as if fully set forth herein verbatim;
therefore, be it

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day

the first part, and City of Saint.Paul, a municipal corporation ;
of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter designated as party of
the second part, WITNESSETH:
1. That the party of the first part hereby acknowledges—,
and assumes complete responsibility for damage to City property
arising out-of an accident which occurred on June 2 ,
196 4 and expressly admits the reasonable cost of repairs

to be $ 153.73 and further waives any statute of limitations''
which may accrue during the time of payments which he agrees,to
make as hereinafter set forth, in and as express consideration,.
:.for the City's forbearance in instituting or continuing legal
action to enforce payment of this amount.
•2. That the party of the first part agrees to pay
the aforementioned amount as represented by Department of
)Public Utilities Registered Bill
No. 2 -.4472 as follows: $10.00 now and $10.00 per month
= on the 1st day of each month commencing July 1. 1964
