WHEREAS, Chapter 938 of the Laws of Minnesota for 1957
established a Joint City and County Hospital Facilities Building
Commission for the construction and equipment of a'jointly operated
hospital, and
WHEREAS, said Chapter 938 empowers the said Commiss ±on to make
application for and to receive aids or grants from the State or the
Federal Government to "aid :,and assist in the cost of the construction
of 'said facilities, and
WHEREAS, said Commission did make such application for and did
receive and will receive aids and additional aids, and
WHEREAS, there has been established a Joint Hospital Facilities
Bond Fund Account, said establishmdnt being in accordance with
accepted principles of municipal accounting and having been establish-
ed pursuant to appropriate instructions of the Comptroller, and
WHEREAS, said accepted principles of municipal accounting pre-
scribes that only proceeds from the sale of bonds should be credited
to said bond fund account, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that a special revenue fund is hereby established
to be known as the Hospital Commission Receipts account to which the
City's share of all receipts shall be credited and from which all
authorized expenditures shall be made; and
RESOLVED FURTHER,
establish and maintain
accounting code.
COUNCILMEN
