Resolved, That Resolution Council File No. 219367, approved
July 23, 1964, approving plans and specifications for the grading
and surfacing with bituminous material and construction of
concrete curb and gutter on both sides of IVY AVENUE from Arcade
St. west to vacated Ivy Ave. and grading and surfacing with
'bituminous material and the construction of storm sewer and the
construction of concrete curb and gutter on both sides of WALSH
STREET from Hyacinth Ave. to the north line of Lot 11, Block 2,
Oakville Park, be and the same is hereby cancelled, annulled r
and rescinded.
