WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the
Improvement described as the Rough Grading and Surfacing of
HAZEL STREET from Reaney Street to East Seventh'Street and
BUSH AVENUE from Nakomis Avenue to Hazel Street, Comptroller's
Contract L -6618, W. J. Ebertz Company, contractor, have been
provided for in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
_ Addition:

ADDITION
For raising Manhole at Station 9 plus 90 to profile
grade of the top of overfill:
8.0 lin. ft. of extended manhole . . . Q 0 20.00 160 00
and,
WHEREAS, the total Addition is 160.00, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul through it's City Council
approves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the
specifications in the sum of $ 160.00, said amount to be added
to the lump sum bid, as consideration in the contract known
as Comptroller's Contract L -6618, and which amount is to be
assessed against the benefited property.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named Contractor that the sum of $ 160.00 is the correct
amount to be added to the above contract.
