WHEREAS, through inadvertance the proper City
officers were not notified in time so as to arrange contracts
for electrical work for two programs at the Saint Paul Municipal
Auditorium; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, on the 14th day of May,
1964, and on the 29th day of May, 1964, certain electrical work
was performed in the Auditorium by Tieso Electric Co., Inc. in
connection with two conventions hereinafter set forth, which
work and the cost thereof chargeable to the City of Saint Paul
is hereinafter set forth:
